Salmon Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 ounces) salmon
- 5 slices white bread (crusts removed), torn into small pieces
- 1 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
Dill Sauce
Directions
Mix bread, salmon, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Shape mixture
into 4 firm patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
Fry patties in oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, 4 to 5
minutes. Top with Dill Sauce
